ABOUT US

WynnServ LLC was established in 2007 in response to a growing demand among U.S. law firms for litigation support services

that are cost-effective, professional and dependable.  As overhead expenses associated with owning and operating these firms continue to increase, so too does the demand for the types of third-party vendor services WynnServ provides.

WynnServ is led my managing owner Thomas J. Keyes, a Baltimore, Maryland native who holds a B.A. from 

the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.  He served in the United States Navy

and was Honorably Discharged in 2007, the same year in which he founded the company in Maryland and

relocated to the Republic of the Philippines to establish company operations.  He currently resides in the

Republic of the Philippines in the city of Cagayan de Oro, where he manages the company's daily operations.

Our clinical staff is comprised of board-certified registered nurses in the Philippines who have completed a

4-year course at an accredited college/university and who have passed the International English Language

Testing System (IELTS) Examination.

​

Our legal staff consists of Filipino attorneys who are graduates of either a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) program or 

a Juris Doctor (J.D.) program and who have both passed the Philippine Bar Examination  and been admitted to 

the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
